I first met Beth on the recommendation of a former agent, and Beth assisted in a new build townhouse. Beth stayed involved with me through every step of the process, providing excellent advice regarding option elections, future resale potential, and market analysis. The far bigger challenge was assisting in the sale of a previous home. Despite some severe market conditions and a sudden downturn in 2021, Beth was committed to getting the house sold. When the market took a further turn for the worst, Beth instinctively reached out to us to change our marketing to focus on a VA Assumption. This was not an easy process and was very challenging. When the lender there roadblocks in our way, Beth stepped in and made direct calls to key management in the lenders organization to get things moving. Beth went well beyond what I would expect from a realtor. In the end, the house sold at a good price and we walked away from the sale happy.
